Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern use of the Rider Factory Bike website and requests for our motorcycle rentals, guided tours and related services. A specific quote, booking confirmation, rental agreement, insurance document or tour information supplied to you may contain additional terms. Where they differ, the terms specifically agreed for your booking apply.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must provide complete and accurate contact, booking and traveller information. Motorcycle riders must satisfy the age, identity, driving-licence, experience and other eligibility requirements communicated for the selected motorcycle and insurance cover. We may refuse or cancel a handover where required documents are missing, invalid or inconsistent with the booking.

3. Quotes, reservations and payment

Website content and availability are invitations to request a quote and may change. A reservation is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any required payment has been received. Prices, included services, taxes, deposits, payment dates and accepted methods will be stated in the applicable quote or booking documents.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

The change, cancellation, no-show and refund rules stated in your quote or booking confirmation apply to your reservation. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Approved refunds are returned using an available method and may take time to appear depending on the payment provider.

5. Motorcycle use

A rented motorcycle may be used only by an authorised rider and in accordance with the rental agreement, applicable law, traffic rules, territorial limits and safety instructions. Prohibited use includes racing, unlawful activity, unauthorised sub-rental, reckless riding, riding while impaired and use outside agreed routes or territories. You must promptly report accidents, damage, theft, warning lights or mechanical problems and follow our assistance instructions.

6. Safety and rider responsibility

Motorcycling involves inherent risk. Riders are responsible for riding within their ability, using required protective equipment, checking conditions and following guide and safety instructions. A guide may alter or stop an activity when reasonably necessary for safety, weather, road, mechanical or operational reasons.

7. Insurance, deposits, damage and charges

The applicable rental agreement and insurance documents define cover, exclusions, excess, security deposit, damage assessment, fuel, mileage, late return and other charges. You are responsible for amounts validly due under those documents and for loss resulting from excluded or prohibited use, subject to applicable law.

8. Tours and itinerary changes

Published itineraries, distances and timings are estimates. We may make reasonable substitutions or changes because of safety, weather, road closures, local conditions, supplier availability or events outside our control. We will try to provide a suitable alternative where practical.

9. Responsibility and events outside our control

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for delay, change or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Website and intellectual property

The website may not always be uninterrupted or error-free. Its text, branding, photographs and design are owned by or licensed to Rider Factory Bike and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information in connection with inquiries, accounts, bookings, rentals and tours.

12. Law, disputes and contact
